I’m embarrassed to admit how often I find myself endlessly scrolling through video after video. It’s incredibly entertaining. But what if you decided to spend your time on the platform creating content rather than consuming it?
Before you click away because you don’t want to go on camera, consider making $30,000 per month creating TikTok videos WITHOUT SHOWING YOUR FACE!
The Account
The TikTok account is www.tiktok.com/@wellnesstactics which is focused on delivering health tips & natural remedies to its 288,000+ followers.
As you can see below, they simply overlay a picture with health tips over a calming video, then add some music to the video within the TikTok app. Simple.
If we bring up the Sort For TikTok Google Chrome Extension to sort this account’s videos by most viewed, we see that this creator has videos that are approaching 10 Million Views!
What’s even more impressive is that this account was started only 6 months ago! If we scroll all the way down to this creator’s first video, it was published in November 2021 [We are publishing this article in the middle of May 2022].
So now that we know more about the account itself, let’s talk about economics.
How Are They Making Money?
In looking closer at this account, we see they are making money through affiliate marketing selling other people’s products!
If you’re not familiar with affiliate marketing, check out our article on How To Start Affiliate Marketing in 2022, but in short it is the process of selling other people’s products in exchange for a commission usually around 20-30% of the value of the sale.
So what Wellness Stactics is doing here is promoting a product called Exipure, which is a dietary supplement to help people lose weight. The sales page for the product can be found here.
When this creator signed up for the Exipure Affiliate Program, they received an affiliate link, which is a unique tracking link to ensure Wellness Stactics earns a commission each time they refer a customer that ends up purchasing the company’s product.
The creator then drives traffic from TikTok over to an Opt-In page to collect emails, then sends them through their affiliate link to the sales page we linked to above!
Now that we know how they’re making money, let’s talk about how much they’re bringing in.
How Much Money Are They Making?
To understand how much money this TikTok account is bringing in, we need to reverse engineer the statistics based on some industry benchmarks.
It goes something like this:
Wellness Stactics has just over 288,000 followers at the time this article is being written. Based on what we know from our accounts as well as other industry experts, we can estimate that approximately 15% of an account’s followers will click the link included in the bio.
288,000 Followers x 15% = 43,200 Link Clicks
From there, we were able to look up Exipure’s Affiliate Program, which is being offered through Clickbank, which is one of the most popular affiliate networks out there.
According to the affiliate page, their affiliates typically make between $3.00 and $5.50 per click promoting this product!
Knowing this, we can figure out a rough estimate of what Wellness Stactics has made promoting this product over the last 6 months. Let’s do the math assuming they made $4.00 per click:
43,200 Link Clicks x $4 Per Click = $172,800 / 6 Months = $28,800 Per Month
Unbelievable! And the best part is, they did this with Free Traffic Without Showing Their Face! Therefore, that $28,800 per month is all profit!
Can Wellness Stactics Keep This Up?
So having made over $172,000 with this TikTok account in just 6 months, can they keep up this pace?
The answer is an overwhelming YES for a couple of reasons.
Email Marketing
First, if this creator is doing affiliate marketing the right way like we teach in our free course, they should be using a landing page software like Builderall to collect emails prior to sending them over to the sales page for the product they are promoting.
This is a super important step because it allows this creator to follow up with these people about Exipure as well as any other products and services they want to promote as an affiliate.
As a general rule of thumb, affiliate marketers make $1 for every email subscriber they have on their list.
Generally about 30% of website visitors will provide their email address assuming you are offering something they want in return, such as a weight loss solution in this case.
So since Wellness Stactics brought in around 43,200 website visitors, we can expect that they now have about 13,000 people on their email list (43,200 x 30%) and should therefore be able to bring in about $13,000 per month from their email alone.
Continued Growth on TikTok
We also expect that Wellness Stactics will continue to post to their TikTok account!
In looking at their recent videos, they receive about 10K-15K views per video. Those video views will continue to drive followers and link clicks, which will result in more sales through their affiliate link.
Let’s say they post 5 videos a day (not hard based on the type of videos they make). That equates to 50,000 views per day, or 1.5 Million views a month.
If just 1% of those viewers click the link in their bio, that’s 15,000 link clicks multiplied by the $4 earnings per click is $60,000 per month!
Additional Affiliate Products
Finally, this creator isn’t limited to promoting just Exipure.
Affiliate marketing is a $12 Billion Industry. There are countless companies that now have affiliate programs. Type a company you love + affiliate program into Google. Chances are that company has an affiliate program you can join today.
Wellness Stactics is probably getting close to wearing it’s audience out on Exipure, and will likely change up the featured product in their bio, which will give their audience a whole new product to consider, and will likely result in a spike in income for the creator!
How Do You Get Started? (Step-By-Step Guide To Affiliate Marketing With TikTok)
Ok so now that you recognize the extraordinary opportunity that exists on TikTok right now, let’s walk through how you can get started. So what do you need?
You’ll need the following:
- Product to Promote
- TikTok Account
- Landing Page to Collect Emails
- Email Autoresponder
Let’s start with the product.
Find A Product To Promote
We’re going to keep this simple for now, and follow the path Wellness Stactics took to promote Exipure in this example. So where do we find the product?
We head over to Clickbank and sign up for a free account. As mentioned, Clickbank is the most popular affiliate network on the market today. Other networks to consider include Digistore24, ShareASale & Amazon Associates.
Once you’ve signed up, visit the affiliate marketplace tab from the left hand menu. Then, choose from the list of categories along the left hand side of the page. The most profitable niches in affiliate marketing are Health, Wealth & Relationships, so that’s a good place to start.
We’re going to select Health, and sort the results by their Gravity Score, which tells us which products are selling the best.
At the top, we see Exipure, which is the product we want to share with our audience, so click Promote and put in your nickname to get your own unique affiliate link! Save this somewhere as we will need it later on.
Congratulations, you’re ready to start promoting your first product!
Create Your Opt-In Page
Next, we need to create a website to collect the emails of the people that click the link in our TikTok bio. Here is an example of an opt-in page designed solely for the purpose of collecting emails.
The most commonly used website builder among affiliate marketers is an all-in-one service called Builderall. This is the best option because you can create as many pages for as many products as you want, plus Builderall has its own built in email software, so you can go ahead and check that off the list!

Typically, we want to start with 3 automated emails that reference the product we are promoting, in this case Exipure. We will spread these emails out over the course of a week and include our affiliate link in the body of each email in hopes that we will drive some additional purchases through our email follow up.
TikTok Account
Finally, it’s time to create your TikTok account and start posting videos.
Do not make the mistake of creating a business account as it will limit your features and stunt the growth of your account. With that said, we do want to start out posting 3-5 times a day or even more if we can.
So where are we going to get all this content and how are we going to create it?
Pexels
Let’s start with the background video that will play behind whatever infographic or image we decide to overlay. Pexels is a great place to get free stock videos that you can use anytime you want.
Simply search for any type of video you are looking for, and download the one you like to use in your next TikTok Video.
Next, we need to find the overlay image. What better way to find trending images than to go to the largest image sharing platform in the world, Instagram.
For this example, simply search health facts in the search bar or choose a popular hashtag such as #healthtrends. I like to find an account with over 100K followers that is posting content similar to what I want to overlay in my TikTok video.
From there, scroll through the most recent 50-100 posts and pick out the 20 that have the most likes. Download them off Instagram to then post overtop the video you downloaded from Pexels.
Canva
Now that you have the background video and the images you want to overlay, we need to put them together. I typically use Adobe but if you want a free tool I recommend Canva.
Sign up for a free account and click ‘Create A Design’ in the top right. Then choose Custom Size and put in 1080 x 1920 pixels, which is the standard aspect ratio for TikTok.
Next, upload your background video and choose the duration of the video. We recommend no longer than 7 seconds to align with what the TikTok algorithm likes to see as far as watch time.
Finally, add the images from Instagram and download the finished videos. You now have 20 videos that you’re ready to post on TikTok!
Simply upload them to the platform, add some music and a short caption, and remember to stay consistent with your uploading, especially for the first few weeks.
Once you reach 1,000 followers, add the link to your Builderall Opt-In Page and start watching the traffic funnel in as you continue to post!
A bonus tip is to add a call to action at the end of your video that asks for a follow or to check out the link in your bio! It will help drive clicks and eventually sales!
